By downloading, installing, or using Quicklog Baby ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Quicklog Baby is a baby-tracking application that allows you to log feedings, diaper changes, sleep, and other activities. All data is stored locally on your device.

No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The developer does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your data. Since all data is stored locally on your device, the developer cannot recover lost data. We recommend using the export function regularly to create backups.

Pricing

Quicklog Baby version 1.0 is free to use. No subscription or in-app purchases are required.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

The developer reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
